The Young and the Restless alum, Gina Tognoni (Phyllis) is celebrating her birthday today. Tognoni was born on November 28, 1973, in St. Louis, Missouri to parents; Sharon and Edward Anthony Tognoni. Today she turns 47.
Tognoni won Miss Rhode Island Teen USA in 1991 and Miss Rhode Island Teen All-American in 1993. Today, she is well known for her soap roles such as; Kelly Cramer on One Life to Live, Dinah Marler on Guiding Light and Phyllis Summers on Y&R.
