‘One Life to Live’ alum and ‘The Haves and the Have Nots’ star Tika Sumpter [Candace, HAHN & ex-Layla, OLTL] made an awesome announcement while on an episode of ‘The Real’ – she’s engaged. Sumpter is a new mom, who gave birth to her baby girl Ella-Loren last year. While she hasn’t revealed yet who the lucky man is, she tells the details of how the proposal went down.
Apparently the question was asked over Christmas. According to her, he set up a small scavenger hunt that led to her finding the ring behind her daughter. “a letter of just beauty,” she highlights. It seems her secret fiance had been planning the proposal for quite some time, she says that the ring “has been burning a hole in his pocket.
Although there is no confirmation as to who the guy is, rumor has it that it could be her HAHN co-star, Nicholas James [Officer Justin]. Watch the video clip below!
