Today [May 12, 2017],’ General Hospital fan favorite Rebecca Herbst [Elizabeth Webber] is celebrating a very special day – it’s her 40th birthday. Herbst has spent the last two decades playing the role of Liz Webber on GH. Later this year, in August, Herbst will celebrate her 20th anniversary with the show.
