It’s a queen’s birthday. Former soap star, Debbi Morgan is celebrating her 63rd birthday today.
Deborah Ann Morgan was born on September 20, 1956, in Dunn, North Carolina. She is the daughter of Lora, a teacher, and George Morgan, Jr., a butcher. She has a younger sister called Terry. She moved to New York City when she was three months old. Her father died of leukemia when she was eight, and she was raised by her mother, who worked as a secretary and a typing instructor at Junior High School 80 in the Bronx. Morgan attended parochial school. Debbie graduated from Aquinas High School in the Bronx.
Morgan is now a well-known soap star who played the roles of Harmony Hamilton on The Young and the Restless, Angie Hubbard on All My Children, Chantal Marshall on Generations, Dr. Ellen Burgess on Port Charles/General Hospital and District Attorney Jennifer Tartaro on The Bold and the Beautiful. She also did a number of primetime gigs, her most recent being that of Estelle on Power.
