The Young and the Restless just turned up the heat — and Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) love life is officially getting a spicy new twist. Fans who’ve been waiting for something to shake things up got exactly that when Claire and Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) finally took their chemistry from flirty banter to full-blown passion in a Los Angeles hotel room. From the club to the bed, as they say.

It started innocently enough with a few run-ins while Claire was still with Kyle (Michael Mealor), a few shared drinks (Vesper martinis, of course), and a growing spark that neither could quite ignore.
Holden was clearly falling hard, and while Claire tried to stay loyal to Kyle… well, temptation got the best of her. Before long, she was packing her bags and heading to L.A. with Holden, even though she barely knew the guy.
Once they got there, things got even steamier. After another night out at Sienna’s (Tamara Braun) nightclub, The Shadow Room, a few drinks too many, and some serious flirting, Claire and Holden ended up back at the hotel. The drinks were tossed aside, the clothes hit the floor, and the chemistry between them lit up the screen.
