General Hospital star Rory Gibson (Michael Corinthos) and his real-life fiancée Alicia Ruelas recently packed their bags and headed to Italy — and from the looks of it, they had the time of their life. The couple gave fans a glimpse of their romantic escape by sharing highlights on Instagram, and it looked like a total dream.
Ruelas even described it as “the most perfect trip.” And judging by the photos, it’s hard to disagree.
One snapshot shows the two enjoying a peaceful seaside dinner, perched at a sunlit outdoor table with glasses of red wine and a view of the Mediterranean. In another, they’re caught in a sweet moment — sharing a kiss while lounging on a boat off the coast of Positano. Literally living the Italian summer fantasy.
Gibson also made time for the classics: pizza and an Aperol Spritz. He’s seen casually enjoying the meal at a cozy street café, soaking up the charm of cobblestone streets.

The adventure didn’t stop there. One photo shows him standing in an ancient stone corridor. Another has him on a balcony, taking in the breathtaking cliffside views of Positano.
Ruelas had her own heartwarming moment. She was seen kneeling to interact with a group of young boys drawing in the street.
And of course, what’s a trip to the Amalfi Coast without a beach day? Rory was all smiles as he lounged on a sunbed, drink in hand, under blue umbrellas with the iconic Positano skyline rising behind him.
