Looks like the Malibu surf is kicking up again! Jax Buresh is reportedly heading back to The Bold and the Beautiful, but who does he play this time?
The actor, who previously appeared as the beach-loving Surfer Dude in 2025. Could his character be heading back to Los Angeles?

Jax Buresh previously appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful in 2025 as Surfer Dude.
Fans may remember his brief but entertaining encounter at the beach house when Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) stopped him from using the outdoor shower.
Let’s just say Will wasn’t particularly interested in letting the surfer go about his business!
Although it was a relatively small appearance, Surfer Dude certainly left viewers with something to remember. Those abs!
Now, Buresh is apparently returning to the CBS soap, as his agent teased on social media, “Congratulations to Jax Buresh on booking a recurring role on an Emmy Award winning CBS series! He is on fire!!“
Who Is Jax Buresh?
Buresh comes from Alaska, which he describes as a formidable and wonderfully strange frozen tundra. He brings an adventurous spirit and a love of challenges to his work as an actor.
His acting training includes techniques associated with Uta Hagen, Stella Adler and Meisner. He has also done studies through the Ivana Chubbuck Studio Masterclass.
Beyond acting, Buresh is a former collegiate multi-sport athlete and outdoor enthusiast. His athletic background gives him a physical approach to the characters he portrays.
Buresh has appeared in several television and film projects throughout his career.
His credits include:
- NCIS: Hawai’i
- Blue Ridge
- Treading Yesterday
- Dynasty, where he played Young Blake
- Paradise
- Blood Relatives
He has also worked on independent film and television projects.
If Buresh does return to The Bold and the Beautiful, it will be interesting to see whether the soap brings back the same beach house dynamic that introduced Surfer Dude to viewers.
