Jacob, who plays Ashley Morgan, a nurse at Garland Memorial in Fairmont Crest, is quickly becoming a fan favorite. While many viewers know her best for her work on the show, Jen Jacob is much more than that. She is a singer, actress, content creator, and director, and now she can officially add daytime television star to that growing list.
Hugs, Hits, and Heartfelt Feels
For Jen, this moment clearly hit different. Not only is she living out a dream by starring on a history-making soap opera, but she also had her mom right there to witness it all firsthand.
Sharing a heartfelt photo of herself hugging her mother tightly, Jacob soundtracked her Instagram post with Vanessa Carlton’s 2001 hit A Thousand Miles. She captioned the post, “Mom got to visit set today. A dream come true for both of us. So lucky.”
