Kim Zimmer remains to be one of the best actresses to have ever graced the daytime screens. It was disheartening for many fans when ‘Guiding Light’ came to end and the role of Reva Shayne was done with. Nonetheless, Zimmer moved on to another daytime show playing the role Echo DiSavoy on ‘One Life to Live’, another show that was cancelled. Since then, Zimmer’s presence on Television has been minimal and it’s no doubt that daytime fans miss her greatly. So, what has she been up to?
Zimmer spends a lot of time with her family and going on adventures. She’s a happily married woman and a great parent. Zimmer is married to actor/director A.C Weary – Allen Cudney Weary and is the mother of Rachel, Max and Jake Weary. Her son Jake has also made an appearance on daytime in the role of Luke Snyder in 2005 on ‘As the World Turns’. Zimmer is said to currently reside in Montclair, NJ.
Most recently she had an awesome Mother’s Day. While we await and anticipate her return to daytime, Zimmer keeps herself very busy with her family. It was not so long ago that she revealed that if she could see herself playing Sally Spectra’s [ex-Darlene Conley] sister on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’.
