Director, Producer, and Actor Kimberly
McCullough (ex-Robin, General Hospital) took to social media to express
her gratitude and pride for the Emmy nomination for Outstanding Young Teen
Series received by Disney Plus’s mockumentary musical drama television series, High
School Musical: The Musical: The Series.
The series was inspired by the High
School Musical film series and follows a group of teenage theater
enthusiasts who participate in a staging of High School Musical: The Musical
and also follows the teens as they navigate through friendships, love,
interests, identity, and family relationships.
McCullough serves as Co-Executive
Producer/Director for the series.
