Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter), a talented force behind and in front of the camera on The Bold and the Beautiful, is set to star in a new BET+ movie titled The Accused, which was filmed in 2024. While he portrays an attorney on B&B, in this new film he takes on the role of Detective Lance Branson.
Lance is characterized as a diligent and hardworking police detective balancing a demanding career with the responsibilities of being a husband and soon-to-be father. He embodies integrity and a commitment to justice, often going the extra mile in his investigations. Physically fit and resourceful, Lance is tough on the job but shows a tender side in his interactions with his wife.
The Accused follows a brilliant plant geneticist who, after being framed for her fiancé’s murder, must evade capture, relying on her wits and strength to uncover the truth and clear her name before it’s too late.

The film features a storyline and screenplay by Pat White and Clarence Williams IV and is directed by Tony Glazer. Producers include Pierre Romain, Julie Solinger, Tony Glazer, and Summer Crocket Moore, with Jason Harvey as BET’s executive producer.
