Lucy Romalotti Is Coming Home
In a new behind-the-scenes photo, O’Briant, who hasn’t been on the canvas since 2024, is seen posing alongside series stars Michael Damian (Danny), Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren), Lauralee Bell (Christine), Michelle Stafford (Phyllis), and her on-screen dad, Michael Graziadei (Daniel).
After the photo surfaced, new co-head writer Jamey Giddens—whose material officially hits the airwaves starting November 11—teased: “Dan and I can’t wait for you to watch Thanksgiving in Genoa City.”
It looks like Thanksgiving is going to be a lot more exciting this year with Emmy Award-winning writers Dan O’Connor and Jamey Giddens at the helm. Over the years, Thanksgiving in Genoa City has often welcomed back teenagers or family members we don’t get to see every day. With Lucy heading home, we can’t wait to see what’s in store for the Romalotti clan.
O’Briant joined the cast of The Young and the Restless in January 2023, making her debut as Lucy in February of that year. She has remained on recurring status and has appeared in just over 60 episodes so far.
