Linden Ashby returns to The Young and the Restless as Cameron Kirsten, a role he last played almost 20 years ago! Ashby appeared onscreen on Friday, May 26th.
Cameron Kirsten has a violent history with Sharon and a champagne bottle plays a prominent role in it. Could he be her mysterious gift-giver? Is he back in Genoa City to make amends or seek revenge? The last time we saw Cameron he was being hauled off to jail for murdering Frank Barritt and trying to frame Sharon for it. He was pretty angry with Nick and Sharon at the time of his arrest. Is 20 years long enough to get over something like that? We’ll all find out together real soon!
Since leaving Y&R, Ashby has appeared in many TV series, including Days of Our Lives, Army Wives, and Teen Wolf. He also had roles in movies such as Iron Man 3 and Prom Night. He is also the real-life husband of Susan Walters (Diane Jenkins). Welcome back to Genoa City, Linden! We can’t wait to see what you have in store for us!
