It was so good finally seeing Shanice out of those scrubs and looking fine as wine this week on Beyond the Gates! Ernestine Johnson (and her fabulous alter ego, Shanice) easily stole Soap Opera News’ Look of the Week crown for August 4 through 8, 2025.
So what was Shanice sporting at The Articulettes reunion event? Just a whole moment.
She stepped out in a vibrant lime green bodycon dress that hugged her curves F L A W L E S S L Y. The fabric had just the right amount of sheen, catching the light as she moved and giving her that extra glow. And can we talk about that neckline? The crisscross halter design added the perfect mix of sophistication.
Her accessories? They were minimal but made quite a statement. A chunky green bracelet that tied in perfectly with the dress, classic gold hoops (because you can never go wrong there), and a structured little black purse with a delicate strap that hung casually over her shoulder. Effortless. Chic. Nailed it.
Now let’s not skip past the glam. Her hair was styled in a sleek side part that framed her face beautifully. That radiant smile? Unstoppable. Ernestine carried the whole look with ease, grace, and a little bit of sass — just the way we like it.
