Former One Life to Live and Guiding Light actor, Mark Dobies dies at 65. The Locher Room shared the news on Facebook.
Per his obituary, Mark Steven Dobies, of Scotch Plains, NJ, died at the age of 65 on March 11, 2025.
A loving father, accomplished athlete, and talented actor, Mark lived a life full of passion, perseverance, and love.
Born on April 3, 1959, Mark was a loving father and a talented actor and athlete. His talents earned him a football scholarship to Delaware Valley University (then Delaware Valley College), where he and his team brought the school their first Middle Atlantic Conference football championship in 1980.
Mark also had an extensive acting career, appearing in movies, television shows, and theater productions. Soap fans may remember him as Noah Chase on Guiding Light and Daniel Colson on One Life to Live.
Mark Dobies is survived by his three children, Francesca, Olivia, and Robert, as well as his mother, Suzanne, his brother, Paul, and his sister, Sandy.
