Martha Madison (ex-Belle Black, Days of Our Lives) has recently announced her new business venture called The Madison Collective. She expressed her excitement to her followers, saying “Today is a BIG day for me!” The Madison Collective is a recruitment agency that focuses on acquiring talent for luxury and lifestyle hotel brands, destination resorts, independent and corporate restaurant groups, fine dining concepts, Members-Only Clubs, and Private households.
Madison has worked in the restaurant business since she was 16 years old, spending 14 years in an owner/operator role. For the past seven years, she has been an Executive Recruiter within the industry. Now, she is jumping back into business ownership. She believes that if something both excites and scares you to death, you should do it. Madison is ready to help you or someone you know work in the service industry. Whether you need C-Suite and Senior level leadership for your Hotel Executive Committee, a Membership Director for your new private club, a Beverage Manager for your neighborhood restaurant or a Junior Sous Chef for your James Beard awarded outlet, she is ready and able to assist. Madison made a brief appearance on Passions in 2004. Later, she played the role of Belle Black on Days of Our Lives intermittently from 2004 to 2008 and then again from 2015 to 2023. In June 2011, Madison temporarily took over the role of Elizabeth Webber on General Hospital, appearing from June 8 to June 20, 2011.
