The Days of Our Lives comings and goings have been nonstop lately with exits, recasts, and new faces. But this is one departure that was not on anyone’s bingo card, at least not this soon. According to the show, Michael Roark, who has spent less than a year playing Jeremy Horton, is officially saying goodbye to the canvas. Roark’s final airdate is set for April 29.
His character will exit Salem. Also exiting are Cary Christopher’s Thomas DiMera, Autumn Gendron’s Charlotte DiMera, and Billy Flynn’s Chad DiMera.
What Does This Mean for Jeremy?
Roark made his debut as the new Jeremy in October 2025. The character returned to Salem, hoping to make amends with Stephanie (Abigail Klein), but that reunion did not go as planned.
Since then, Jeremy had been eyed as the one stalking Stephanie and leaving threats for Alex (Robert Scott Wilson). With this sudden exit, it is safe to assume Jeremy is not the stalker after all. Otherwise, the story would likely play out very differently.

Before landing in Salem, Roark got his soap start on The Young and the Restless in 2016, playing Travis Crawford.
Born and raised in Schaumburg, Illinois, Roark has Irish, Sicilian, and German ancestry. He was heavily involved in athletics growing up and later studied acting at Illinois State University. Interestingly, he also attended law school and became a licensed attorney while continuing to pursue acting.
Roark began his career on stage before transitioning to film and television. He is known for starring roles in Bennett’s War, Driven, and Alabama Dirt. He made his film debut in Dolphin Tale and has appeared in numerous television series, including Beauty and the Beast, Sleepy Hollow, Finding Carter, Banshee, Grey’s Anatomy, and 9-1-1.
While his time as Jeremy Horton was short-lived, Roark’s career clearly continues to move forward.
