Former The Young and the Restless actor Michael Roark is making his way to Days of Our Lives! A rumor surfaced this morning via Buzzworthy Radio, and now Soap Opera News can confirm that Roark is, in fact, joining the show. According to a spokesperson for the show, “Michael has been taping but won’t be seen on-air until the first week of October. No comment about the role he is playing or the storyline in which he is involved. Stay tuned!”
Who is Michael Roark?
Michael Roark is an American actor and lawyer who hails from Schaumburg, Illinois. Roark’s journey into acting began in college at Illinois State University, where he studied theater. Outside of his passion for the arts, he pursued law and became a licensed attorney. His career on stage eventually led to a television and film career, for which he is known for today.
Roark is perhaps best known for his starring roles in Driven and Alabama Dirt. He has appeared in numerous television series. He also played Travis Crawford on The Young and the Restless in 2016 and has had regular or recurring roles in shows like Beauty and the Beast, Sleepy Hollow, and Finding Carter. Roark has also guest-starred in popular series such as Banshee, Grey’s Anatomy, and 9-1-1.
