Actor, Mick Cain is returning to ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ as CJ Garrison Jr, the son of Sally Spectra [ex-Darlene Conley] and Clarke Garrison [ex-Daniel McVicar]. CJ returns as part of the storyline regarding the Spectra Fashion House revival.
