In the latest The Young and the Restless casting news, Mishael Morgan is returning as Amanda Sinclair, as reported by Deadline. The website reports that Morgan is back on set taping this week for a guest arc, with the episodes slated to air later this spring.
Morgan initially joined The Young and the Restless as Hilary Curtis in 2013. When Hilary died in a car crash five years later, Morgan returned to the show as Hilary’s twin and hotshot attorney, Amanda Sinclair. Morgan made history by becoming the first Black actress to win the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a drama series in 2022. She was last seen on Y&R in February 2024.
