Cassandra James (Dr. Terry Randolph, General Hospital) had
teased on Twitter that she had something exciting to share and that “the GH
fans are gonna love it!”. Fans had
various guesses in the comments, but the majority of them were hopeful that the
news was that she was finally on contract with GH and getting a lead storyline
along with a pairing.
However, her exciting news was that “A Christmas Sunset”, a
movie in which she stars in, is out on Amazon Prime! According to Amazon, the movie is about: “Five
friends get together for a holiday dinner two years after the friend that
linked them all passed away. They
discover he has left behind his journal, which challenges all their
relationships over the course of one evening”.
Cassandra James shared a brief clip of the movie on Twitter. It shows a man sitting on a couch in front of
a lit Christmas tree while he watches a video of a couple on his phone. Cassandra James’ character appears in a gorgeous
teal, velvet dress and sits on the couch next to him and comments that the
couple look happy. The man agrees with
her and then makes a pass at her. They
lean in for a kiss.
While fans are disappointed that the news was not related to
GH giving Dr. Terry Randolph more storyline; fans are thrilled to see Cassandra
James star in a new project! Be sure to
