Crew Morrow is following in the footsteps of his dad, Joshua Morrow (The Young and the Restless), and he’s doing such a good job making a name for himself. This is the young actor’s first foray into soaps, but by the way he acts, he’s clearly got the hang of it. You’d think he’d been doing this for years. The actor recently marked his first year on The Bold and the Beautiful as Will Spencer, and while not everyone agrees on the current storyline, we can all agree on Morrow’s acting abilities. He’s a darn champion.
What We Love About Crew Morrow
This week, Morrow delivered a full range of emotions, and then some. From portraying a drunk partygoer to reacting to the shock of a life-altering revelation, he didn’t miss a single beat. As the guest of honor at his own party, he fully embodied a young man under the influence. The slurred speech, the unsteady movements, the glazed-over look, every detail was nailed with precision. And while he’s definitely easy on the eyes, it’s his acting chops, a plus. Even in a controversial sex scene where his character was intoxicated, Morrow didn’t hold back. He showed up, fully committed, and delivered a performance that proved he’s not just promising, he’s already the real deal.
The guy can say so much with just a look. Take the morning after, for instance. He was clearly confused as a flood of memories started coming back. At first, he looked lost, then suddenly overjoyed, thinking the moment he’d been waiting for had finally happened the night before. Except it didn’t. Sure, he had sex. But not with his lady love.
The Standout Performance
The big moment came when he showed up at Forrester Creations, convinced he had just experienced the most beautiful night with his girlfriend. Then Electra revealed she never came back to the party like he thought. That’s when the shock hit. Will looked in the mirror, and you could feel the internal conflict. His eyes were wide and locked in. Lips parted. Brows furrowed. He had just realized something deeply unsettling.
This is the kind of actor you hold on to. Crew Morrow is at the top of his game. He’s one to watch and definitely one to keep.
