It seems the “bridge” has once again been broken on The Bold and the Beautiful! After a week filled with drama, Soap Opera News has crowned Thorsten Kaye (Ridge) as the performer of the week!
We had a rollercoaster week on the CBS daytime drama; we witnessed Carter snatch control of Forrester Creations, which triggered the Forrester clan’s anger, especially from his now ex-bestie, Ridge Forrester. Talk about stirring the pot!
Ridge, in an emotional showdown with Hope, had some very choice words for her, even calling her a little “bitch.” Outraged, furious, heartbroken—you name it—he stormed out and made a beeline for home, where he engaged in an intense, tear-jerking chat with Brooke.
Thorsten Kaye Named Performer of the Week:
Brooke, playing the role of the defending mother, called him out for his lack of respect for her daughter, but Ridge was in no mood for diplomacy, going as far as labeling her darling Hope a whore! In a truly heart-tugging moment, Ridge demanded Brooke kick Hope out—because he refuses to live with her. But Brooke stood her ground and told him she wouldn’t do that. So, what’s a man to do? Ridge decided the best course of action was to go, leaving Brooke in a puddle of tears. Is this the end of the “bridge”? Stay tuned! And hats off to Thorsten Kaye for masterfully portraying a whirlwind of emotions from frustration to fury to absolutely heartbroken—Congrats on being named performer of the week!
