On last week’s The Bold and the Beautiful, Quinn Fuller
Forrester (Rena Sofer) found out that her husband, Eric Forrester (John McCook)
was cheating on her with his ex, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis). Quinn had been tracking Eric’s heart rate
through a smart ring and she was concerned when it alerted her that his heart
rate elevated. Quinn and Bridget
Forrester (Ashley Jones) caught Eric and Donna in bed together. Sofer did a phenomenal job at showing Quinn’s
range of emotions in reaction to the shocking news. Quinn was hurt, betrayed, shocked, and yet
there was a sense of relief that she was free to be with the man who has her
heart, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). Sofer captured Quinn’s sadness and grief over the loss of her marriage
to Eric, realizing things are truly over between them as they have a heart-to-heart about their feelings toward each other vs their feelings for Donna and
Carter. They share an emotional goodbye
as Quinn returns her wedding band, but keeps her engagement ring. Eric encourages Quinn to stop Carter and
Paris’ (Diamond White) wedding. Quinn
set off to do so by taking a bicycle and charging it to Eric’s account in a race
against time. Sofer excelled yet again
in these charming scenes that were blended with humor, love, and high-stakes
drama. Quinn yells at people to get out
of her way, reminiscences about her affair with Carter, and even falls off the
bike at one point. Quinn does make it in
time to stop the wedding and Sofer delivers a beautiful, moving speech as Quinn
explains to Carter that her marriage to Eric is over and that she is truly in
love with Carter. Quinn is relieved that
Carter feels the same as he doesn’t follow through with the wedding and chooses
to be with Quinn. Quarter (Quinn +
Carter) fans were thrilled to see them reunite; Sofer and Saint-Victor have
undeniable chemistry and fans can’t wait to see what happens next. Bravo, Sofer!
The Bold & The Beautiful
Charlie is the officiant for Paris and Carter’s
wedding. Ridge, Grace, Zende, Bill, and
Hope are in attendance. Before the
wedding, Ridge tells Katie that Carter is still in love with Quinn. Donna alludes that she is seeing someone to
Katie and Ridge, but won’t say who. She
takes off to see Eric who tells her that he plans on leaving Quinn for
her.
Quinn and Bridget find out that Eric has been lying to her
about where he’s been and they walk in on Eric and Donna in bed together. Quinn and Eric reveal to each other that their
hearts belong to Donna and Carter. Eric
encourages Quinn to break up Carter and Paris’ wedding before it’s too late.
Eric and Donna reconnect. Donna later on
fills in Katie on what has happened.
At the wedding, Hope gives a speech about true love and then
Ridge gives a speech and tries to persuade Carter to call off the wedding to Paris
since he is still in love with Quinn.
Quinn stops the wedding in time to reveal to all that her marriage to
Eric is over and that she’s in love with Carter. Carter chooses Quinn.
The Young & The Restless
Sharon questions Nick if he’s considering returning to the
Newman family company.
Mariah is concerned that Tessa hasn’t been feeling well for
quite some time and she gets Nick and Sharon to help convince Tessa to see a doctor. Tessa finds out she has nodules on her vocal
chords and needs surgery. At the very
least, she won’t be able to go on tour, but she’s worried she will never sing
again.
Noah and Allie go for a run together and then bump into
Diane. Noah doesn’t hide his feelings;
he can’t stand Diane. Allie tries to
give her the benefit of the doubt, which confuses Noah. He can’t understand how Allie can give her a
chance when she doesn’t know all the stories behind why the town hates
Diane.
Phyllis tries to get Jack back and she fills him in that she
offered Diane a truce. Jack can’t get
past what she has done before the truce and calls her out for always sabotaging
her relationships. He feels as if she
ruined their friendship and romance.
Phyllis is deeply hurt by Jack’s words.
Chelsea tells Billy she’s not a fan of his podcast because
it’s too dark.
Michael and Lauren make time for themselves and have a rendezvous
at the Grand Phoenix.
Lauren is concerned about Chelsea and Chloe’s strained
friendship and partnership, but Chelsea tries to convince her that they will
work it out.
Kyle and Summer offer Chelsea a job with them at Marchetti. Chelsea
is thrilled at the idea and runs it by Chloe who doesn’t think she can take it
on at the moment. The women get into a
heated argument where Chelsea feels like Chloe is micromanaging her and is
doubting her capabilities while Chloe wants Chelsea to have a reality check
about the timeline of production and that they are already behind. Chelsea
fills in Adam about the job opportunity while Chloe vents to Sally.
Kyle and Summer offer Diane an entry level PR job at their
company and she accepts. The three of
them along with Jack celebrate at Society and Phyllis sees them. She’s not thrilled with the news.
Elena pitches a medical podcast idea to Devon and Nate. Initially Nate is concerned that Elena can’t
handle taking on another job, but ultimately supports her alongside Devon. Nate asks Imani as a favor to help speed the
process along in getting Elena started. Imani and Amanda are worried about their
mother’s health and vow to be there for each other.
Sally tries to convince Adam that he earned his position at
Newman and that he’s not a placeholder for Victoria. Sally tells Adam she wants
to hire Chloe as her right hand. Adam
initially is against it, knowing Chloe hates him, but ultimately agrees.
Meanwhile, Victoria fills in Ashland that every investor she spoke to for their
new company turned them down. Ashland
correctly assumes that Victor is behind it.
Ashland transfers $250 million into a joint account with Victoria,
thinking the money will go toward their new company named Destiny. Victoria later transfers the money to her
private account, requests that the Newman jet pick her up in New York, and
plans to leave Ashland in the dust.
Ashland comes back sooner than she anticipates and he’s confused. She tells him this was her plan all along, to
hurt him the way he hurt her, and to leave him with nothing. It was not so her family will approve her nor
was it their idea, she worked solely alone.
He is stunned and hurt by her actions.
Victor is alerted about the jet and he, Nikki, and Nick wonder what has happened. Billy overhears and asks them for information,
but they don’t divulge. Adam is alerted
about the jet as well and wonders what Victoria returning to Genoa City means
for him and his job.
Days Of Our Lives
Roman convinces Eric to see Nicole and tell her that he’s
still in love with her. Eric sets out to
see her only to find out that Nicole and Rafe just got married at the courthouse.
John and Marlena comfort Chad. John relates to Chad as he lost his wife,
too. Chad recalls that the last words he
and Abigail shared were “I love you”.
Jack and Jennifer pick out a dress for Abigail to be buried in. They are emotional and distraught to be in
the bedroom she was murdered in. Chad
and JJ clear the air.
Sami shows up at the DiMera mansion with divorce papers for
EJ to sign. She wants him to sign it
ASAP because she plans on marrying Lucas. EJ signs the papers and wants to get
together with Belle. Belle hesitates,
questioning EJ’s motives. She worries he
wants to be with her to stick it to Sami.
He questions if Belle wants to be with him to stick it to Shawn. EJ declares that he has real feelings for
Belle and that they have a real connection.
Belle agrees and they sleep together.
Belle later feels guilty as she feels like she broke her wedding vows to
Shawn. EJ reminds her that Shawn didn’t consider
Belle’s feelings when moving Jan into their home. EJ makes it known he wants to be with Belle
and continue getting to know her.
Lucas and Sami tell Allie about their engagement and she is thrilled
for them.
Julie gives keys to Ciara and Ben to their very own yacht
named Living in Cin. It’s a gift from
Hope. The couple decide they are going
to go on a long getaway with baby Bo.
Orpheus fills in Evan that Jan had his baby. Evan is shocked to learn this on top of the fact
that Orpheus helped Jan fake the baby’s paternity so that Shawn thinks the baby
is his. Orpheus informs Evan that Jan is
his accomplice on the outside.
Jan kisses Shawn as Chloe and Brady walk in. Jan is convinced that she and Shawn have a true
connection.
Kristen pretends to be Susan in order to visit Lani at the
police station with the intent on breaking her out, but Eli interferes. Lani convinces Kristen that a life on the run
isn’t a life at all and Kristen turns herself in. Brady visits Kristen who confirms he’s moved
on with Chloe. Kristen vows to get him
back.
Sarah hallucinates again, this time thinking Chanel is Kristen
and almost attacks her with a knife.
Sarah later confronts Kristen in jail.
Abe, Paulina, and Beth convince Trask to change the charges against
Lani from murder to manslaughter. Lani
will be serving her sentence in a prison in Maryland. Eli decides that he and their twins will move
to be closer to Lani. They have
emotional goodbyes with Julie, Paulina, Abe, Chanel, and Theo. Abe legally adopts Lani.
Chanel explains to Theo that she feels like whether she
chooses Allie or Johnny, the other will be hurt considering they are twins and
will be forced to be in each other’s orbits.
Theo informs Chanel that he is with Claire and suggests that Chanel dump
both twins and move on.
General Hospital
Ned and Lucy vote with Valentin to keep Valentin as the CEO
of ELQ. Valentin then votes against the
ELQ-Aurora merger which infuriates Drew and Michael. Ned is appointed Chairman of the Board of
ELQ. BLQ and Olivia are also furious
with Ned for choosing business over family.
Willow goes to the Metro Court pool and runs into Sasha and
Nina. Willow goes off on Nina, but then
she starts to not feel well. The women
try to encourage her to relax and sit, but she refuses Nina’s help. Sonny approaches and Willow passes out. Sonny catches her. Liesel arrives and assess Willow. She insists that she get checked out at the
hospital. Sasha and Sonny take her
there.
Leo spots Ned and Olivia fighting. Michael tells him that they love each other,
even when they are mad and argue.
Michael leaves Leo when he hears that Willow had to go to the hospital. Leo gets injured. Ned and Olivia tend to him and remind him
that he and the family come first.
Michael is upset to see Sonny at the hospital and so he leaves. He catches up with Nina at the pool and they
kiss. Willow finds out she is pregnant and she and Michael are thrilled. Sasha is upset by the news and flees the
hospital. Sasha gets a call from Felty
and she wants more drugs from him. Sasha
takes more pills before a Deception event.
Drew informs Carly that the merger didn’t happen and Carly
tells him that she had sold her half of the Metro Court to buy the shares. Her financial adviser tells her it’s
impossible to get that kind of money back.
Olivia suggests that Carly ask Sonny for money, as he owes her for
hurting her.
Anna notices that something is up between Valentin and
Victor.
Cody decides to stay in town a bit longer and tries to
threaten and blackmail Spinelli again.
Esme tries to flirt with Rory to enlist his help to get her
job back at Spring Ridge. He tries to use
this as an opportunity to snoop Esme’s phone, but she doesn’t give it to
him. Trina catches them talking and is
initially suspicious of it until Rory explains what happened. Esme points out how close they are to Spencer
who is pained to see Trina appearing to move on from him.
Spencer makes amends with Britt and asks her to fake a DNA
test for him. Britt tells Brad she
agreed to help Spencer. Spencer fills in
Cameron on his plan to trick Esme into thinking he found her biological mother. He agrees to go along with the plan. They need DNA samples from Joss and Carly
that Britt can use as the fake proof.
Cameron puts the plan in motion as Esme catches Spencer at the pool.
Esme convinces Nikolas to help her get her internship
back. Ava decides to not sign the divorce
papers, which stuns Nik.
BLQ asks Sonny if she can help Chase by threatening
Linc. He turns her down, stating it can
look bad for Chase if word gets out Sonny helped, that Chase might be deemed a
dirty cop. He suggests that Chase find a
job in security or as a bouncer until things clear up.
