Performer of the Week

Another Emmy for Kelly? This week Dan Feuerriegel (EJ DiMera, Days of Our Lives) and Kelly Thiebaud (Britt Westbourne, General Hospital) brought the house down with their performances. For Kelly as Britt, she brought tears to our eyes. Her scenes with Kathleen Gati (Dr. Liesl Obrecht) were a real tear-jerker. It was heartbreaking and powerful. The line, “I don’t need a doctor. I need a Mom,” was quite the highlight of the week for us. Well done and bravo Kelly and Kathleen.

Feuerrigel as EJ knocked it out of the park. If you haven’t checked out this week’s episodes yet, make sure you have some kleenex nearby when you do. His performance as Susan and Ava went over the cliff and the aftermath was phenomenal and then his scenes, shared with Deidre Hall’s Dr. Marlena Evans as they remembered Susan (Stacy Haiduk) brought tears to our eyes. This was certainly an Emmy-worthy week of performances for Dan and Kelly, bravo!

Congratulations to both Dan and Kelly on getting this week’s SON’s performer of the week honors.
