It was really a rough week for Abigail DiMera on ‘Days of Our Lives’ as she learned the truth of what she’s done and come to terms with it. This week, Marci Miller who earned her first Daytime Emmy Award nomination this year in the category of Outstanding Lead Actress delivered heartbreaking performances back-to-back. As Chad (Billy Flynn) explained to Abby all that took place regarding her alters and Andre’s (ex-Thaao Penghlis) murder, Miller delivered on-point, gut-wrenching performances as a woman who was distraught to learn of her latest misdeeds. Miller having taking over this role from Kate Mansi in 2016, has made her name and made this role her own. Despite the news of her upcoming departure having opted not to renew her contract with the show, Miller already has enough Emmy worthy material for next year’s event. After seeing this week’s four soaps we’ve crowned Miller as our performer of the week! Honorary mention also goes to Billy (Chad) who did exceptionally well. Do you agree fans?
