Today marks a very special day for a ‘Days of Our Lives’ fan favorite, Peggy McCay who passed away last year October. McCay is known for playing Caroline Brady on NBC dramatic serial and today is her 92nd birthday.
Born Margaret Ann McCay on November 3, 1927, in Manhattan, she is known professionally as Peggy McCay who began her career in 1949. McCay is the only child of Catherine and Michael McCay. Though she did theatre television, film and soap opera roles she spent most of her career playing the matriarch of the Brady family on the NBC daytime soap. She played the role of Caroline from 1983 – 2017. Happy 92nd Peggy!
