On November 26th, 2012, Stephanie Forrester, played by Susan Flannery, passed away from lung cancer on The Bold and the Beautiful. We wanted to mark the occasion by remembering this iconic character.
Stephanie was the matriarch of the Forrester family and she was fiercely devoted and protective, especially when it came to her children, most particularly her sons and even more particularly when it came to her sons and Brooke Logan.
Brooke and Stephanie had one of daytime’s greatest rivalries and it spanned decades. Bradly Bell, Bold’s Executive Producer, and Head Writer said “Stephanie and Brooke are the true supercouple of B&B.”
Though she had other romances and even marriages, the love of Stephanie’s life was Eric Forrester. They loved and fought and married and divorced too many times to count but when they remarried for the final time shortly before her death, giving an endgame payoff to the fans of this legendary soap pairing.
