A status change for another fan favorite? Kristoff St. John who has been playing the role of Neil Winters on The Young and the Restless since 1991 is rumored to have a status change with the show. Neil was off canvas for a while back in 2017 and returned earlier this year. He was in a developing love story with Ashley (Eileen Davidson) which was short-lived when Davidson opted to leave the show. In the latest Y&R episode, Neil was mentioned saying he relocated from Genoa City to be closer to his daughter Lily (Christel Khalil), who is serving time in prison.
