Is Ryan Paevey ready to make a comeback? His latest Instagram reel definitely has fans curious.
The former General Hospital star, best known for playing Nathan West and for starring in a bunch of Hallmark hits (plus, Lifetime flicks), posted an update.
In the reel, he says:
“Hey guys, Ryan here. I am getting home and back into the swing of things after the Decade Days meet and greet in DeLonica, Georgia, which was super rad. Thank you to them for having me.
And thank you to you guys for showing up and hanging out. It’s been a long time. I didn’t know if anybody was going to show up for the Ghost of Christmas Fast here, but they did, and I’m appreciative of it.
And there were puppies. Come on. Anybody who’s ever seen me with a dog… it was great.
Even got to share the stage with Mr. Chad Michael Murray for a little bit, who I believe has a film coming out: Freaker Friday. It’s got Lindsay Lohan in it. I’m sure it’s going to be awesome.
You guys should check it out. Thank you again. I mean it. I am really appreciative.
I’ve got some news to share with you guys soon. I’ve got some irons in the fire. I got all kinds of fun stuff coming up.
So stick around, and yeah. I hope to see you guys at another. And I’ll share some news with you as soon as I can.”
Naturally, this got fans wondering: Is he back? Is something in the works?
It was just last year that Paevey publicly stepped away from acting, saying:
“I am taking a step back from acting, something I’ve felt I’ve needed to do for a while now, and a decision proven to be absolutely necessary in the past few weeks.”
But now? He seems recharged, upbeat, and maybe even ready to dip his toes back into the acting world.
Could he be returning in a new Hallmark movie? A possible return to General Hospital? Or is there a surprise project coming?
