The Young and the Restless alum, Shemar Moore (ex-Malcolm Winters) has out his Spanish Villa home in Encino California up for sale. Moore who stars as Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson on S.W.A.T and played Derek Morgan on Criminal Minds has listed his home for $2.596 million. Reports say he bought the place back in 2007 for $2.5 million.
The property was constructed in 1963 and is located in a celebrity enclave. There is a waterfall and a dramatic two-story entry. There is also a foyer, a formal dining room, living room, a gourmet kitchen, a family room, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, one-half bathroom, the master suite, two balconies, and a separate formal dining room and much more.
