Soap operas have a knack for throwing us curveballs when it comes to romance — some couples we can totally get behind (hello, chemistry!), and others that make us want to hurl the remote at the TV. General Hospital is no stranger to either. Over the years, the show has delivered some unexpected pairings that turned into beloved supercouples… and others that just didn’t quite land.
Would You Ship Michael and Jacinda on GH?
Now, we can go ahead and add Michael (Rory Gibson) and Jacinda (Paige Herschell) to that list. They’re not officially a couple (yet), but come on — there’s definitely a spark there, and it’s one the show could absolutely lean into.
Right now, Michael and Jacinda have teamed up to sell a story that they’re each other’s alibi so neither of them takes the fall for Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting. But things are heating up — Michael has already opted to take it to the next level by “selling” a romance between them.
Michael even pays Jacinda to “fall in love with him” to make their alibi more believable.
So much so that he suggested they start making it look as real as possible… and that led to one very steamy kiss.
But what happens if this fake relationship starts to feel a little too real? Let’s be honest — Michael’s single, Jacinda’s single… this could actually work.
