Sistas Spoilers for August 6, 2025
Karen (Ebony Obsidian) is finally out of the hospital, but the road ahead isn’t easy. She’s back home, and Pam (Angela Beyince) is there, excited as ever to meet the babies. But that joy quickly fades when she finds out the heartbreaking truth: only one of the twins survived.
Karen’s friends and her mom, Lisa (Shari Belafonte), are doing their best to support her, but she’s not ready for anyone’s comforting words. Who could blame her? She’s deep in grief, and the spoilers suggest she’ll be struggling with postpartum depression. She doesn’t want people pretending everything’s fine or acting like her loss isn’t real.
Fatima Is There for Zac
Elsewhere, the rest of the Sistas are dealing with their own mess. What does this mean for Sabrina (Novi Brown)? Danni (Mignon Von)? And Andi (K.J. Smith Black)?
Meanwhile, Fatima (Crystal Renee Hayslett) is trying to be there for Zac (Devale Ellis), who was nearly killed by Hudson, and lost his baby on top of that. She admits she’s just worried about him, but Zac snaps back, begging her to stop trying to fix things she can’t control.
Andi Learns Something
Meanwhile, Andi finds herself in an enlightening conversation with Dr. Vaughn (Sullivan Jones). He drops a bomb: Dr. Cruz (Paden Fallis) has a history of shady medical decisions. Naturally, Andi is floored. She asks if anything’s ever been done about it, but Dr. Vaughn gives her a chilling reminder: in this world, it’s not what you know, but who you play golf with.
So, will Andi take the risk and go after Dr. Cruz?
