Sistas Spoilers for January 28: Andi Solves the Mystery Behind the Explosion
Well, well, well. Things are finally starting to fall into place, and not in the way anyone hoped. After that terrifying car explosion, Andi (K.J. Smith Black) believes she’s cracked the biggest part of the mystery.
She tells Dr. Vaughn (Sullivan Jones) that the person behind the bomb planted in her car was hired by none other than the bitter, scheming Dr. Cruise (Paden Fallis). If that’s true, this whole situation just got a lot darker.
Sisters Clash After Cheyenne’s Arrest
Meanwhile, Andi and her sister are at it again. After bailing Cheyenne (Jordan Coleman) out of jail, not long after she arrived in Atlanta, tensions rise fast.
Cheyenne accuses Andi of wasting no time telling their mother about the arrest, even though she specifically asked her not to. Andi insists it wasn’t intentional, but that explanation doesn’t seem to help much.
Rich Meets Madison
With Sabrina (Novi Brown) still in a coma, Rich (Monti Washington) may be heading into unexpected territory. Enter Madison Truitt (Tunde Oyeneyin), who introduces herself and pitches a potentially lucrative business venture.
She also makes it pretty clear she finds Rich cute and funny, and she even asks if he’s single. But Rich admits things are complicated right now.
Danni Faces Hard Truths After Officer Green
Elsewhere, after her intense confrontation with Officer Green (Billy Dunston), Danni (Mignon Von) opens up during a therapy session.
Her therapist points out that she may be legally obligated to report suspected abuse. Meanwhile, Tony (Branden Wellington) admits he’s worried about Danni and is afraid to leave her alone, knowing how much she’s been through.
Is Zac Really in Trouble?
And then there’s Zac (Devale Ellis). He appears to experience some alarming symptoms. As he appears to be choking, Fatima (Crystal Renee Hayslett) starts to panic and cry out, “Oh my God, Zac?” But is this a real medical emergency, or is Zac just messing around? For now, it’s hard to tell. Only time and next week’s episode will tell.
