After being brushed off by a cold, dismissive doctor, the Sistas rally to find someone who actually cares. And when Karen finally gets the medical attention she needs, a shocking revelation comes to light.
Sistas Spoilers for July 23, 2025
Aaron (Kevin Walton) shows up and quickly realizes something isn’t right. Karen’s condition is alarming—she’s in intense pain, vomiting, bleeding, and no one has a clue what’s really going on. The uncertainty only adds to the panic.
Meanwhile, Zac (Devale Ellis), Andi (K.J. Smith Black), Sabrina (Novi Brown), and Danni (Mignon Von) are all racing to the hospital. Everyone’s on edge, worried sick about Karen and the twins. Naturally, once they arrive, the questions start flying. Zac wants answers. So does Andi. That’s when Fatima (Crystal Renee Hayslett) reveals something’s definitely off—this doesn’t look like normal labor at all.
Karen’s health seems to be getting worse by the minute. According to her mom, Lisa (Shari Belafonte), the doctor is rude, cold, and just not taking the situation seriously (and honestly, we’d agree—he’s coming across as way too dismissive). Karen can’t stop crying, the pain is clearly unbearable, and yet the doctor treats it like it’s all routine. Andi’s had enough—she insists they need to do something, fast.
