Sistas Spoilers July 30: Next on Sistas on BET, it’s a life-or-death moment for Karen. Will the doctors be able to save her?

Get ready for all the drama, folks! According to the latest spoilers for the July 30 episode of Sistas, emotions are running high and nobody is holding back.

Sabrina (Novi Brown) has had enough. She’s ready to take charge of her life, and she’s heading straight for the wild side in search of something real. Meanwhile, Andi (K.J. Smith Black) goes digging into Dr. Cruise’s (Paden Fallis) past and uncovers some serious skeletons hiding in his closet.

Next week, things get even more intense. Karen’s (Ebony Obsidian) heartbeat starts getting weak, and then she suddenly passes out in her hospital bed. Dr. Vaughn (Sullivan Jones) takes over her case while Nurse Rhonda (Anny Jules) also approaches Miss Lisa (Shari Belafonte) and asks if Karen has a medical will, just in case. Lisa doesn’t take that lightly and demands answers. Is her daughter still alive or what?

Andi confronts Dr. Cruise and reminds him that Karen trusted him — not just with her health, but also with her babies. Cruise brushes her off and tells her to focus on her friend instead of him. Not exactly comforting.

Elsewhere, Aaron (Kevin Walton) and Zac (Devale Ellis) are both on edge. Zac suggests they pray. Danni (Mignon Von), not one to stay quiet, warns the doctor to watch his back for the rest of his “miserable” life. She’s not playing.

And Zac? He’s a mess. He breaks down in Fatima’s (Crystal Renee Hayslett) arms, crying and asking why everything had to go down like this.
