Sistas Spoilers for November 26: Mr.Cruise Shows Up
At the firm, Andi (K.J. Smith Black) is holding a meeting with all the women who suffered abuse under Dr. Cruise (Paden Fallis)… when he naturally decides to show up.
“Andi, you didn’t mention this,” Karen (Ebony Obsidian) says, completely shaken to see him walk in. But he isn’t there for her—he’s there to see Hayden (Chris Warren Jr.).
Later, Andi explains that Mr. Benson (Ben Peck) will be listening in on all the testimonies. Emotions hit a breaking point when Karen breaks down, saying her baby would still be here if it weren’t for that no-good doctor. Now Mr. Benson wants to know if there’s any kind of paper trail proving what was done.
Sabrina Clashes with Nia
Meanwhile, elsewhere in Atlanta, and over at the bank, Sabrina’s (Novi Brown) life takes a full tailspin, but she refuses to budge.
Damany (Sharmaarke Purcell) and his fiancée, Nia (Walnette Carrington), want her to get rid of her embryos, but Sabrina stands firm. Then Rich (Monti Washington) walks in, and suddenly the ladies are clashing, the men are clashing… basically everyone is clashing.
Fatima’s Advice
Later, Fatima (Crystal Renee Hayslett) sits down with Sabrina and doesn’t mince her words. “He doesn’t have a backbone,” she says, clearly talking about Damany. Since it’s Nia doing all the pushing, Fatima suggests they do a little pushing of their own.
Danni’s Life Changes?
And then there’s Danni (Mignon Von), who’s chatting it up with Pam (Angela Beyince) and Maurice (Brian Jordan Jr.).
She ends up admitting they have a point—if her life is going to be a disaster, she might as well have a little say in the chaos. Speaking of that, Miss Brown steps in and tells her, “I really need to see you in my office.”
