Sistas Spoilers for October 15: Karen Calls Fatima
Tensions are sky-high in Sistas right now because Karen has gone missing (Ebony Obsidian), and she’s taken baby Faith with her. However, she left behind a cryptic note that’s done nothing but spark panic and confusion.
As everyone scrambles for answers, Karen places a mysterious call to Fatima (Crystal Renee Hayslett). Instantly, Fatima wants to get Zac (Devale Ellis) involved, but Karen shuts that down fast, telling her this has nothing to do with him.
Fatima agrees to keep it between them, but she’s clearly worried. Especially when Karen opens up and says, “I look in the mirror, and I see a stranger.” That’s when Fatima begins to fear the worst. She asks if Karen’s in danger, because the things she’s saying are genuinely scaring her.
Karen doesn’t give much else, just says she can’t explain right now and hangs up. And with every passing second, the situation becomes more urgent.
Fatima begins searching for Zac, and the pressure is mounting. Karen feels like the walls are closing in, and no one — not Zac, not Aaron (Kevin A. Walton), not even Miss Lisa (Shari Belafonte) — knows what to do.
To make matters worse, a police officer provides an update: if Karen and Faith aren’t found within a few more hours, they’ll have to issue an Amber Alert. But… will they find her in time?
Trouble Brewing for Zac & Fatima
As if that weren’t enough, Zac and Fatima are headed for more trouble.
Zac accuses Fatima of holding something back, and it cuts deep — especially since Fatima is usually the one calling him out for not communicating. Now that the roles are reversed, things get tense fast.
Danni’s Dilemma
Meanwhile, Danni (Mignon Von) tries to be a voice of reason, telling Zac that Fatima is a good one. For a moment, Zac hesitates. Danni is supposed to be his friend, after all. But she quickly reminds him — half-joking — she’s go not more room on the couch.
Even Danni isn’t free from relationship drama. Things heat up between her and Tony (Branden Wellington), who brings up the idea of moving in together. But Danni hasn’t exactly given him a clear answer, and from the look on her face, it might not be something she’s ready for.
