Sistas Spoilers for September 10, 2025
Andi (K.J. Smith Black) meets with Karen (Ebony Obsidian) and brings some serious updates. She tells her that Dr. Brett Cruise (Paden Fallis) has been putting patients at risk for years. Andi thought she lost Karen that night and promises she’s going to get justice for her. But will Karen agree with that plan?
Elsewhere at the hospital, Karen tells Dr. Vaughn (Sullivan Jones) she doesn’t want to say anything that could be taken the wrong way.
Sabrina Wants Out
Meanwhile, Sabrina (Novi Brown) may be second-guessing her so-called “hoe phase.” After taking Frank Givens (Quintin Mims) home, she finds him snoring, talking in his sleep, and very much not the man she thought he was.
“This can’t be my life,” she says. And the look on her face? Says it all.
She calls Maurice (Brian Jordan Jr.) and tells him she needs help getting out of this mess.
Danni and Tony Drama
Danni (Mignon Von) tries to reach Tony (Branden Wellington), but he’s not picking up. Leonard (Kellen Boyle) throws in a few shady comments, saying Tony is probably off finding a woman who won’t put his career at risk.
Meanwhile, Danni checks in with Tony to see what his plans are for the day. He tells her he’s still riding the relaxing train.
“If you want, I could set up an interview with outside Fred,” Dani suggests. “You’re trying to set me up with homeless people?” Tony fires back.
Is this relationship on the rocks?
Andi Confronts Fatima
Andi also questions Fatima (Crystal Renee Hayslett) about all the gifts she’s been getting. She asks what Zac (Devale Ellis) thinks about it. Plus, Andi warns her that there could be trouble, especially since Fatima isn’t licensed to practice law.
Right then, Hayden (Chris Warren Jr.) walks in and tells Andi not to worry. According to him, Fatima has him now. He’s got her back.
Chaz Calls Fatima
Mr. Chaz Duncan (Duby Maduegbunam) calls Fatima, and while she keeps the call professional, she makes it clear she just had breakfast with her fiancé. Zac is present and doesn’t look happy about the whole thing.
Plus, Zac sits down with Fatima and asks her straight up if there’s anything she wants to get off her chest.
