Soap Grade: Lucas Adams as Noah on Young and the Restless

After a little break from the soap scene — following his run as Dr. Tripp Dalon Johnson on Days of Our Lives — Lucas Adams made his grand return (and debut!) as the new Noah Newman on The Young and the Restless on November 4, 2025. The casting was announced a while back, and let’s just say, we — like so many fans — were intrigued and more than a little excited to see Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) son finally back on the canvas.

What Happened with Noah on Y&R?

Since his debut, Noah’s story has been anything but dull. He’s woken up from a coma only to learn the gawd-awful truth that he was in a brutal car accident that nearly took his life.

Now, Noah’s been hungry for answers. He sensed that neither his aunt, grandmother, mom, nor dad were giving him the full story, and he was not letting up until he got the truth.

But perhaps the biggest shocker since his return? The whispers that Noah and Allie (Kelsey Wang) might’ve called it quits… and that he’s now tangled up in an affair with Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) — wife of Mitch Bacall, aka Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) — his parents’ sworn enemy. Talk about messy!

Lucas Adams is Killing It

Now, we had zero doubt that Lucas Adams would slide right in and make his mark. We knew he could pull it off, but actually seeing it? Even better than we expected.

Lucas is Noah Newman. He’s a natural and he’s breathing new life into the character, and man, he’s doing a fantastic job so far. He’s got the spunk, the charm (just ask Sienna), the fire — and he’s already got us hooked.
