- Lami, who has been playing the role of Izaiah Hawthorne since October 2025 on a recurring basis, is now finally on contract. The actor debuted in the show’s opening credits this week, and his name was listed for the first time among the contract cast list.
- Dominique Madison continues making appearances as Lynette. This week, Randy takes a hands-on approach with her.
- Maurice P. Kerry is back for more scenes as Randy Parker.
- Kenjah McNeil is back this week as Madison. Look for Vernon to seek her out for advice.
- Cecelia Specht continues her run as Lia, the Chief of Staff at Garland Memorial.
- Bonita Brisker is back as Tracy.

- Al Calderon, who has been off the canvas as Javi Hernandez, is back, and he and Leo have a tense chat.

- Michael Roark is exiting the role of Jeremy Horton. His last airdate is set for April 29.

- Nathan Dean is finally back as Ethan Lovett. The character will first be seen on Friday, April 17.
- Nazneen Contractor locks in more screentime as Justine Turner. She puts Sonny on his guard in Monday’s GH.
- Paige Herschell makes more appearances as Jacinda Bracken. This week, she has a confrontation with Willow.
- Rick Hearst makes more appearances as Ric Lansing.
- Vernee Watson pops back in as Stella Henry.

- Ashleigh Brewer gets more airtime this week as Ivy Forrester.
- Savannah Leigh James returns as Jamie, the receptionist, on Wednesday, April 15.
