- Cary Christopher wrapped filming as Thomas DiMera months ago. The actor will exit the show in he near future. According to a rep from the show, the role will be recast and the new actor will debut in April 2026.

- Erika Slezak continues in her recurring role of Ronnie Bard.
- Michael E. Knigh is on next week as Martin Grey.
- Bradford Anderson will also be on as Spinelli.
- Both Asher Antonyzyn and Finn Carr get more airtime as Danny Morgan and Rocco Falconeri next week.
- Nazneen Contractor is on as ADA Justine Turner next week.
