The two of them also chatted about the time when Maurice hopped on board the show as Sonny, a period when Bernard saw promise in Burton and really helped him develop as an actor and even delved into the topic of anxiety for a bit.
Maurice also gave props to Steve for his awesome 1998 Emmy reel, which ultimately lead to his well-deserved Daytime Emmy win for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Daytime Drama Series.
