Tanner Stine Joins Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story

Tanner Stine (Joey Johnson, Days of our Lives) joins Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story.

The cast for the upcoming season of the true-crime anthology “Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story” has been finalized, bringing us one step closer to its release. Joining the previously announced cast members Nicholas Chavez (Spencer Cassadine, General Hospital) and Cooper Koch, who play Lyle and Erik Menendez, are Javier Bardem and Chloë Sevigny as the parents Jose and Kitty Menendez. Also, Nathan Lane joins as Dominick Dunne, Ari Graynor as Leslie Abramson, and Leslie Grossman as Judalon Smyth.

The series will focus on two wealthy brothers stand trial for shooting their parents in Beverly Hills, claiming self-defense after years of abuse, while prosecutors allege greed as the motive.

Additional cast members include; Jeff Perry, Jason Butler Harner, Jade Pettyjohn, Drew Powell, Michael Gladis, Enrique Murciano, Charlie Hall, Larry Clarke, Tessa Auberjonois and more.

Tanner Stine Joins Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story

Tanner Stine is set to play Perry Berman. Perry is the Menendez brother’s friend and former tennis coach, who was questioned about a phone conversation he had with Lyle shortly before the murder. The anticipation for this installment is growing.

Created by Murphy and Brennan, the first iteration of Monster, DAHMER — Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, premiered in 2022. It vividly depicted Jeffrey Dahmer’s gruesome murders between 1978 and 1991. This series turned heads, as it broke records on Netflix. Remarkably, DAHMER joined an elite group of only four series to achieve such a milestone. Building on this success, Monster was greenlit for two additional installments, promising compelling narratives about other notorious figures who have left an indelible mark on society.
