Soap veteran Ted King is once again stepping his feet in primetime, this time with a role on CBS’s Blue Bloods.
Ted King teased, “Great experience shooting ‘Blue Bloods’ in NY. Solid cast and crew. Now i know why the show has had tremendous longevity. Happy to have experienced their chemistry first hand. Tom Selleck was a pleasure, and great to be with Greg Jbara again!”
Ted King Lands Role on Blue Bloods
Blue Bloods is a compelling American police procedural drama series that first premiered on CBS on September 24, 2010. The show’s focal point is the Reagan family, a proud Irish Catholic family deeply rooted in the law enforcement community of New York City. Starring the iconic Tom Selleck as New York City Police Commissioner Frank Reagan, the series is filmed in New York City, with references to suburban areas. After a successful run, the 14th season, which premiered on February 16, 2024, will mark the final chapter of this beloved show. The fall of 2024 will see the return of Blue Bloods, with the second half of its 14th and concluding season.
Ted King is a veteran in the soap opera industry, having tackled several roles on different soaps. He was most recently seen on The Bold and the Beautiful where he plays Jack Finnegan. His other soap credits include; Lorenzo/Luis Alcazar on General Hospital, Tomas Delgado on One Life to Live and Ron Nettles on Another World.
