The Oval Spoilers for October 24, 2023: The Missing Link

Coming up next week on The Oval in the second episode of season 5 titled Missing Link, Sam (Walter Fauntleroy) and Max (Bill Barrett) believe Jason (Daniel Croix Henderson) is the missing link in exposing Victoria (Kron Moore), they continue to search high and low for his whereabouts. Meanwhile, Eli (Russell Thomas) has been sworn in as president, creating a whirlwind of drama.

The doctor is urging Richard (Javon Johnson) to exit the room, but he is refusing to leave his wife’s side. Victoria informs Eli that her husband is unconscious but still has a pulse, therefore he will be inaugurated as the new president. Meanwhile, Jason finds himself inside the Rakadushi compound. The prosecutor attempts to communicate with Allan (Nick Barrotta), but he only wants his phone call to contact his lawyer. Donald (Lodric D. Collins) is trying to understand what Victoria is planning. Dale (Derek A. Dixon) visits Kareem (Matthew Law) and discovers that he has suffered major brain damage. Simone (Kaye Singleton), who is the wife of the vice president, wants to be released. Victoria comes to see her and Simone protests, stating that it cannot be done. However, Victoria reveals that it has already been done. And, did Bobby (Travis Cure) die after being shot by Sam? Plus, what’s next for Priscilla (Taja V. Simpson)?

It tells the story of a power-hungry interracial couple, U.S. President Hunter Franklin and first lady Victoria Franklin, who present a perfect facade to the world while engaging in wildly scandalous behavior behind closed doors.
