The Young and the Restless actor, Conner Floyd is celebrating his first anniversary with his real-life girlfriend, Carly Frei.
Floyd plays Chance Chancellor on the CBS daytime drama. Marking their first anniversary as a couple he shared, “Year 1 w/ my popstar”. Frei shared in her Instagram stories, “Officially our anniversary – happy one year to my other half”.
