The Young and the Restless’ Tracey E. Bregman Reflects on A Devastating Family Loss!

Today marks the anniversary of a very emotional and heartbreaking loss for The Young and the Restless’ Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren Baldwin). It was on this day last year that her father, Buddy Bregman passed away at the age of 86 after struggling with Alzheimer’s. 


Bregman looks back on the sad day and shares, “Today marks one Year that my dad got his wings. It has been a year of deep discovery, lots of tears and now, healing.” It wasn’t something that Bregman could have gotten over easily on her own but thankfully she had the help she needed. “I could not have done it without the help of my amazing family, dear friends and the work and friendship of @belikethewind and @theconfidentmind,” she highlighted. And, although she would have loved to see what life would be like with her father today she shares, “Even though I miss what could have been, I am filled today with love, peace and gratitude.” May his soul continue to rest in peace!
