Big news out of Genoa City’s extended family! The Young and the Restless alum Sean Carrigan (ex-Dr. Ben “Stitch” Rayburn) and his love, Jazmin Tempske, officially tied the knot on October 11 in a stunning New Orleans wedding!

The happy couple exchanged vows at the iconic Hotel Saint Vincent, and in a fantastic soap crossover moment, former co-star Christian Jules LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin) served as their officiant. Their adorable daughter, Susie Max, played an extra special role in the ceremony as the flower girl!
The celebration perfectly captured the couple’s love of rock music. It featured a string trio from New Orleans Classical & Jazz performing instrumental renditions of Metallica’s “Nothing Else Matters” for the processional and Guns N’ Roses’ “Sweet Child O’ Mine” for the recessional.
After announcing they were expecting in mid-2025, Sean and Jazmin welcomed their baby girl, Susan Maxine Carrigan, on August 25, 2025.
Sean—who wears many hats as an actor, producer, stand-up comedian, and former professional boxer—is best known to daytime fans for his memorable run as Dr. Ben “Stitch” Rayburn on CBS’s The Young and the Restless. Since leaving Y&R, he’s stayed incredibly busy with roles on NCIS: Hawai’i, Almost Friday TV, All American, S.W.A.T., and On the Verge, as well as feature films like Small Engine Repair, 1-800-Hot-Nite, Grace Point, and Caller 102: A Ballad of Cyberspace.
A New Orleans Celebration to Remember
Behind the scenes, a talented team helped bring the couple’s dream wedding to life in the Big Easy. The special day was planned and coordinated by Kelly Rayner of Rayner Shine Events.
The festivities took place at Hotel Saint Vincent, which provided the venue, catering, and wedding cake. Flawless Bride & Beauty took care of hair and makeup, while Myrna at Sew What Ventura oversaw fashion and alterations. Floral design was crafted by Kim Starr Wise, who provided the bride’s bouquet, the flower girl’s bouquet, and boutonnieres for Sean, Cayden, and Shepard. Cali of Jungle Truck and Little Muse Creative designed the wedding, décor, and plant installations.
The couple’s wedding party also included Cayden Carrigan, who escorted Jazmin down the aisle, and Shepard Carrigan, who served as ring bearer.
Guests were treated to an incredible slate of entertainment throughout the night, including cocktail hour jazz and a second line by Kinfolk Brass Band, reception beats by DJ Brice Nice, and dance instruction from Marco of MC Sabor Ventura. The unique guest experiences featured tarot readings by Sarah Friday, custom handkerchiefs by Niki Flitt, blackjack tables and cigarette girls from Frenchmen Street Productions, roaming performers from Monsters of the Underworld, and a late-night snack provided by the Lucky Dogs hot dog cart.
