Today on The Bold and the Beautiful: Li’s evasiveness toward Luna unsettles Sheila. Brooke is overwhelmed with memories of being with Ridge in Capri. Nick and Ridge get into a heated disagreement over Brooke. And Deacon emotionally supports Sheila.
B&B Recap July 31: Eric Confronts Nick
Eric insists to Nick that he wasn’t invited and shouldn’t have come. Nick, clearly annoyed, can’t believe Eric is still rooting for Ridge and Brooke to be together. He says it’s sad—Eric keeps dragging Brooke into complicated situations with Ridge and the entire Forrester family. But Eric stands firm, warning Nick to stay away from Brooke because, in his eyes, she belongs with his son.
Brooke Wants to Leave
In Italy, Brooke tells Ridge she wants to leave. She never should’ve come in the first place. The place is full of memories—too many, too emotional. Ridge tries to convince her to stay, but Brooke has had enough. She tells him she’s done. “Screw you,” she says. She’s going to run off with Nick and pretend she never even met Ridge. There’s something so freeing, she says, about being with a man who makes her feel like the only woman in the world. A man who looks at her with desire and passion, the way Ridge used to.
Just then, Nick stumbles upon the moment. He looks around, taking in the view, and says it’s the most beautiful place in the world. But Brooke? She looks absolutely miserable. Ridge brushes him off, saying this has nothing to do with him. But Nick refuses to back down. He says it does now. He tells Brooke to come with him as he stretches out his hand and Brooke places hers in his and they leave together.
Sheila Seeks Answers
Back in Los Angeles, at Il Giardino, Sheila pleads with Li. She says she just wants to say goodbye to their granddaughter. She wants to know where Luna is, and where she can go to do that. Li is distracted, wondering if her order is almost ready. She says she has somewhere to be and avoids Sheila’s questions. Sheila keeps pressing, but Li stays guarded. After a few tense exchanges, Li’s food arrives. Sheila asks if she’s taking her order, but Li just says she lost her appetite and walks out.
Moments later, Deacon walks in. He asks Sheila if she got any answers from Li. Sheila tells him no, she got nothing. She says she can’t just let all of this go. She tells Deacon what happened and how Li wouldn’t give her any information.
Deacon thinks maybe Li is just hurting too much. But Sheila says she was there for te whole ordeal. She saw what happened with Luna. They’re both grieving, so why is Li acting like she said something unforgivable?
Sheila looks unsettled. She says something feels off with Li. She can’t quite explain it, but something is definitely not right. Sheila recalls that Luna also had a good side to her, a side that made her laugh and now that will never happen again.
B&B Recap July 31: Will and Electra
At Forrester Creations, Will and Electra are in the design office, wishing they were in Italy. Will teases that Electra could totally represent Forrester, calling her the hottest model ever. Electra laughs, surprised. She reminds him she’s not a model—she designs jewelry. Will grins and says she designs beautiful jewelry, just like herself.
He leans in for a kiss, but his phone goes off. He chuckles, saying it’s kind of funny that for once, it’s not Luna ruining the moment. Electra responds quietly that no one has to worry about Luna ever again.
Will nods. He says he should’ve known how unhinged Luna was. He’s just glad she didn’t hurt him, and he was never going to let her hurt Electra.
Electra pauses, a little uneasy. She admits it feels strange to speak ill of someone who’s gone. It’s hard to believe Luna was even related to someone as genuinely good as Finn.
Li Takes Care of Luna
Later, Li arrives to check in on Luna. There’s still no change. Li quietly begs her to come back. She remembers Luna as a little girl, full of innocence and potential. Now, she’s just lying there, so still, so peaceful—yet the center of so much pain.
Li fights tears and pleads with her to open her eyes. Li apologizes for not being more involved in her life and says she is here now and won’t let her die.
